Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex data pipelines and architectures for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability across different data sources and platforms
- Provide L3 support the platform/warehouse
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Create and maintain data documentation and metadata
- Support data users and troubleshoot data issues
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or related field
- 1-3 years on KDB+ including delta control
+ Project Manager Data Center Migration (1 year contract)
Job Summary:
- Data Center Migration Project Manager leads the safe, low-risk relocation of servers, storage, and networking hardware from one site to another.
- He/she manages budgets, timelines, team coordination, and vendor tasks to prevent downtime and keep data safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Migration Planning
- Build step-by-step transition timelines, cutover windows, and rollback plans.
- 2. Infrastructure Handling
- Oversee the physical and logical move of servers, cloud setups, and network gear.
- 3. Facility Readiness
- Ensure that the new site has correct power, cooling, and security controls
- 4. Team Coordination
- Work with IT staff, facility workers, and outside vendors
- 5. Risk Control
- Track project risks, fix problems quickly, and handle compliance rules
Required Qualifications:
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4–8 years of project management experience with direct data center move experience
- Good grasp of server hardware, storage systems, and network links
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Strong leadership, clear communication, and vendor negotiation
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with exposure to risk management, controls, audit
readiness, and decision documentation
- Experience managing vendors/consultants, including statements of work, delivery oversight, and acceptance
of outcomes
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs/metrics and preparing concise portfolio reporting for senior leadership
